Our customer built a beautiful new home near the beach in Caves Beach. Of course, the biggest decision with a new home is style and colour. Flooring is one of the most important decisions as it impacts each room.
Which flooring?
Choosing a timber floor for this couple was essential. They loved the beauty of a real engineered European Oak, the natural variations of colour and grain, as well as the expectation of some knots throughout.
Family Life
With teenagers and a puppy they still have a flooring to suit their lifestyle. Regular cleaning and immediately mopping up spills will keep their floor looking great.
As they have a multi storey home we also installed an acoustic underlay to help with noise cancellation between floors.
The protective coating of this product will mean they won’t have to sand or recoat for 20yrs.
