Newcastle Carpet and Flooring directly employs their teams of installers. We do not use subcontractors as it means a higher level of quality control for your flooring installation. Our installers do not work to a meterage rate and are therefore able, (and encouraged) to take their time and to install your flooring properly to specification with complete attention to detail. Our team members are aware of their responsibility in your home. Taking care to treat your home and possessions with the utmost respect. They are courteous and easy to get along with.

On the day of installation, we will ask you to look over the project and make sure it is to your satisfaction. After your carpet or flooring installation is complete we call you to make sure you are happy with the project. We will also send you product guarantees and care guides for your future reference.

At Newcastle Carpet and Flooring we see things from our customer’s perspective, and we will provide beginning to end personalised service, ensuring that you get the best package possible. Andy, Liam and Kyle, supervise their team and have been installing carpet and flooring since their teens. They work to get your project completed in a timely manner but also so that you will be wanting to sing their praises like the customer above.
Currently, we employ 3 trainee/apprentices – Tangi, Rhys and Tyler who are all local young men enjoying learning the ropes. They are local lads from our community. With our support they attend TAFE and are studying to be the future installers we will need to employ. David believes in giving back to the industry by training these guys, the same way he was trained. The right way.
